It’s that time of year again when our schedules become more complicated while our energy seems to drain faster and faster. Sleep is essential to a healthy body. But sleeping in makeup can make your next few days more complicated because you may have to see an eye doctor.
It is also the time of year for Fall Festivities. Glitter makeup, NO. Small pieces will fall off into your eye which will likely lead to scratches on your eyeball and lid. If this happens you will not be wearing contacts until your doctor says so.
